Firm Personnel

Communication Method
The firm uses the Outlook messaging service to communicate with its clients (current and prospective). The firm cannot guarantee the full security of this method of communication. In this context, when a client chooses to use this communication method, they acknowledge and accept the risks that may result. Communication by mail is also available.
Retention and Destruction of Information
The firm retains client files in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements, including measures designed to ensure their security, for the period prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.
If personal information must be destroyed, the firm uses secure methods to do so.
Complaints
In the case of a dispute or complaint regarding the protection of personal and sensitive information, the consumer or client is invited to contact the firm or consult the policy for handling disputes and complaints.
